We make reasonable efforts to match your request with a provider who serves your area and offers the service you're looking for, but we do not guarantee that a match will be made, that any provider will contact you within a specific timeframe, or that a provider will be available for your job. Providers in our network are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, or partners. We do not perform, supervise, warranty, or guarantee any tree service work performed by a matched provider. Any agreement for services — including price, scope of work, scheduling, and quality — is solely between you and the provider.
When you submit a request, you agree to provide accurate and current contact information (name, phone number, and city/address at minimum) so a provider can reach you. You're responsible for verifying any provider's licensing, insurance, and reputation to your own satisfaction before agreeing to have work performed. We encourage you to get multiple quotes, ask for proof of insurance, and read any contract carefully before signing.
Any cost figures, ranges, or estimates shown on the Site (including on our Cost Guide page) are drawn from third-party industry data and are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not quotes, are not specific to your property or tree, and are not binding on us or on any provider. Your actual cost will be determined by the provider you work with, based on an on-site assessment.
There is no charge to submit a request through the Site or to receive a quote from a matched provider. You are never obligated to accept any quote or hire any provider we connect you with.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadSupport.net and OklahomaCityTreeRemoval.com are not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or disputes arising from work performed (or not performed) by a matched provider, including property damage, personal injury, delays, or unsatisfactory workmanship. Your recourse for any issue with completed or attempted work lies with the provider who performed it, not with us.
You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, to scrape or harvest data from the Site, or to attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation. We may refuse service, block access, or decline to forward a request at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or abuse.
The content, design, and branding of this Site are owned by LeadSupport.net and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except as necessary to normally browse and use the Site.
The Site may link to or reference third-party websites and sources (including cost data providers). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
